Telephone Interviewer - Remote Agents - Work from Home
(Casual, Part-time, Days, Evenings, Weekends)

To conduct telephone interviews on a wide range of subjects including customer satisfaction surveys. There is absolutely NO sales or promotions involved in these campaigns.

This is an ideal position for mature individuals, persons with limited handicaps, persons reentering the workforce or as a second job.

Works is scheduled on an "as needed basis" and there is no guarantee on a regular number of weekly work hours.


Requirements:

Bilingual - French/English Required - Written & Oral skills.
• must be able to type 30 words per minute.
• must be reliable and commit to schedule once confirmed.
• must be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel & spreadsheet software.
• must have a quiet, private work space in your home.
• must have a computer and high speed Internet access.
• must have a phone line in the work space.
• must have a corded headset with voice cancelling microphone. No cell phones please.
• must have a landline phone only - no VoIP.
• must use a personal computer (PC) - no Mac's please.

As a remote agent, you additionally benefit from :

• no time lost travelling back and forth from work.
• flexible scheduling - work when you are available.
