Call center agents (inbound only)
Fluently bilingual call center agents for responding to inbound customer calls, service inquiries and emails. Open 24/7 the position involves shift work including weekends and statutory holidays and we are seeking candidates with maximum flexibility. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with the public and telephone work, would possess good manners and be an empathetic listener.
As an agent you will be required to handle all types of inbound calls ranging from plain telephone messages, alpha transcription calls, service calls, order taking calls and 911 emergency dispatch, among others. Our centre is a “busy work environment” and we are looking for those candidates who excel at multitasking.
Qualifications required:
Must be fluently bilingual.
Must have basic computer skills with a minimum knowledge of internet, email, excel.
Good typing skills (Minimum of 25 words/minute)
Team oriented personality
Empathetic listener
Starting salary is $11.00 per hour. This is a permanent, part-time position, 15-35 hours per week, depending upon your availability and students are welcome.
